Gingerbread houses (kind of)

The Hardman's always make gingerbread houses after Thanksgiving. But it didn't happen this year so we decided to do our out. I had great intentions to do real ones but once again it didn't happen. So we finally just did them out of graham crackers. Good thing my kis are young and don't know the difference. THey enjoyed it and loved seeing home much candy a house could hold.

Play group latest

 Once a week we have 6 three yr olds who get together and do some crafts. Here are this months that I hosted. They glued marshmallows to make snow flakes. Hey I had to make it feel like winter some how as it was 60 degrees on Christmas.

 I was amazed at how carefully they all lined up the marshmallows on the lines. Theses kids have come so far. When we started in September, they would barely color a paper and now we can do some more complex projects and they love it.

 Then we made snow on our houses using a cotton ball to dab on snow. Tanner really got into it.

 As a fun treat before Christmas we decorated gingerbread cookies. They all told me they couldn't and it was too hard, but did a great job. They loved adding the sprinkles and the chocolate chips on top

 I think the frosting was an inch thick on top when we was finished. Hey at least he was doing it alone.

Decorating the Christmas Tree

We love to get real Christmas trees. Here is the tree in the back of the truck after we brought it home. The kids were so excited and could hardly wait to start decorating it.

This is where Tanner decided he would hang his first ornament. Not sure why or if he was copying us trying to get the base screwed in and watered. But he was insistant that this was a good place. We had to convince him to put the rest where people could see them.

It was hard work finding branches and putting the little hooks on.

Some of the girls who are vertically challenged didn't like that idea, and wanted to do one by age.

And pyramid time. My kids have never participated before but the cousins love to do one.

This is Nick who is leaving on his mission to Albania in January. He will be missed.

We made turkeys out of pine cones. Here are the kids showing off their creations.

Right by the house Kyle grew up in is a pizza place everyone loves. On Friday night we ordered 2 King pizzas, As you can see they are huge and barely fit in the van to bring them home.

Belly Shot

I think I am now almost 26 weeks. Here is the latest belly shot.

Kayla and Tanner love to hug and kiss my belly as they talk to their baby sisters. Tanner even has them talk back to him and tells me what they say. I am so glad they love their sisters as Tanner tells me everyday. I hope it continues after they are born. Only 10 more weeks to go.

Fertility Center Reunion

Every year the fertility center where we have gone for both of our pregnancies holds a reunion. We went and had fun seeing some animals, making pumpkins and seeing Dr. Shapiro. He is our miracle worker and so friendly and remembers who you are and what is going on. It was a fun afternoon.

Here are a few pictures from the last playgroup we had at our house. The 3 yr olds love it. We learned all about apples. Here they are making trees with their hand and stamping apples in red, green, and yellow on the branches. Somehow I was too busy to take more pictures.
