Finally-Sleeping through the night

Tanner finally slept through the night. I fed him at 10 and then put them down. He made it until 6:30 before I had to get up and feed him. Then of course he was up for the morning. I did have to get up 3 times and re-insert the pacifier but I won't complain. Kayla didn't get up until 7, so I am loving it. My babies are such good sleeper.

A Happy Hardman Halloween!!

Today we had all of our Halloween celebrations as Kyle has to work on Halloween night. So first we carved pumpkins, Tanner watched and offered advice

Kayla wasn't sure she liked sitting in the pumpkin.

But Tanner is a little trouper and loved sitting it even if he was unsure, he sat for quite a while

We decided to be a bag of M & M's this year as a family. I figure I better use my cute ideas now while they don't have a say in the costumes and they can match.

Tanner was a peanut M&M.
Kayla was a regular M&M
What a cute pair, they weren't quite sure what to think of the costumes at first but at least they weren't screaming. Then we went to a party where they were the stars of the show.

Even Kyle and I dressed up, hey they were easy costumes.

Yeah!!!

I could never get Kayla to sit in the swing, she would always cry.I tried again this morning and she sat in there and looked all around. I did sit it up instead of lay it down so that might of helped. She hates to lay down. When I put her on the couch now I sit her up in the corner and she loves it. About 20 minutes later I look over and lo and behold she is alseep. She spent an hour in the swing today. How nice. Hopefully this is the start of something new. That is a good thing because from the time Kayla got up at 7:00 until now at 12:00 one or both babies have been awake. I am glad they are being awake more but I can't hold her all the time which is what she wants. To be held and walk around.

The other morning they looked so cute in their pj's and sleep sacks. Kyle always sits them up on his pillow in the morning as we feed, change, and dress them.

Smiles

We finally got pictures of them both smiling. Kayla looks a little bug eyed but that is baby pictures. Now the next goal is to have them both smile together. Kayla is finally being more happy. I love it. They are starting to interact more. They have a baby gym they love to sit and look at. Kayla has decided she doesn't like the bouncer any more so my next goal is to get her in the exersaucer. She always wants to see what is going on and does well in the sling when I face her out.

Twins

Well here is Kayla's matching dress with the other pictures but I can't get it to move to the bottom of the post. That's my luck today.

Both babies were fussy and I put them next to each other on the baby gym. They played happy together for a long time. I hope they play together more as they get older.

Grandma Hardman brought these matching outfits for them to wear for church. It is fun to have them match sometimes. They were both tired after a long morning at church but we had to take pictures.

Tanner

Dad and Tanner love to snuggle.
He has taken to holding on to his pacifier, which is fine until he pulls it out and then gets mad. I hope he can put it back in soon.

Kayla

Kayla had just woken up and was being so cute, I couldn't resist. I actually got pictures of her happy. She has taken to sucking on her hands lately. Maybe it will make her more happy. I can always hope.
